SHOP UPDATE JULY 2021

We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our friends and customers for your condolences and support since the loss of our beloved Westie, Keli in October 2018. Sadly, our funny rescue girl Penny has joined Keli at Rainbow Bridge in July 2021. As a result, I have decided to close our shop permanently.

Westie Foundation of America and Cairn Rescue USA Fundraising Auctions

Two fundraising auctions on Facebook are on the calendar for the week ahead, to benefit the Westie Foundation of America and Cairn Rescue USA. I've donated some of my handmade accessories to each auction.

The Westie Foundation of America Fundraising Auction begins on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 8:00 am EST and bidding continues through Monday, May 11 at 7:00 pm EST. You must be a member of the group on Facebook in order to bid on one of the many donated items. Donors have posted photos of their Westie themed treasures and other new or gently used items.

My donation is a Westie Fabric Tri-fold Wallet and matching Pocket Tissue Case. Both are made of cotton fabric with rows of Westies on a dark charcoal background and contrast red paw print.

I ordered this Westie fabric from Spoonflower.com and had just enough left for these two pieces, made using in-the-hoop machine embroidery designs from EmbroideryGarden.com.

The CRUSA Spring Benefit Auction takes place from May 12- 17, 2015 and you must join the group on Facebook in order to bid in the auction. In addition to Cairn collectible items, the donations include Westies, Scotties, terriers and gifts for all dog lovers.

I've donated a Pocket Tissue Case and Chapstick Key Fob made in adorable Chain Link Cairns fabric designed by Kim Niles of Kiniart, also from Spoonflower.com.

Mark your calendar, join the auction groups, and remember to bid early and bid often!
