SHOP UPDATE JULY 2021

We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our friends and customers for your condolences and support since the loss of our beloved Westie, Keli in October 2018. Sadly, our funny rescue girl Penny has joined Keli at Rainbow Bridge in July 2021. As a result, I have decided to close our shop permanently.

Policies

These policies will apply to all items offered for sale through this blog, unless noted otherwise on the item listing.

PAYMENTS:
I accept secure payments through PayPal as well as major credit and debit cards.

 New Jersey residents please add 6.625% sales tax. 

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Orders of ready to ship items are mailed after a cleared payment is received, usually within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Custom items are made to order so please allow extra time for delivery.

I will combine shipping on multiple orders sent to a single address. If you place an order in two or more of my shops within 24 hours, I will combine the shipping and either issue a refund or offer store credit for the excess shipping.

Unless noted otherwise, I ship all items using USPS First Class Mail with USPS Tracking (formerly called Delivery Confirmation). If you would like your order insured or would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, please contact me before checking out. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
I use USPS First Class Package International Mail to confirmed addresses only. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International or another mail carrier, contact me for pricing before making a purchase.

** Please note that overseas international deliveries can take up to 6 weeks or more to arrive at their destination, due to local post and customs office handling.

** International shipping and handling is my best estimate based on weight - if the actual postage/handling is significantly less than the amount invoiced, I will issue a refund.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS:
All duties, fees and taxes of the host country are the responsibility of the Buyer. I list the purchase price of the items on all custom forms and mark the item as merchandise, not gifts.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
I try to ensure my creations will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, please contact me so we can work something out. If one of my fabric creations does not stand up to normal wear and tear, I will repair or replace it, up to one year from the original purchase date.
